Avon Vision Associates has been providing routine and medical eye care to the Avon, Simsbury, and the surrounding communities for over 40 years under the care of Dr. Daniel T Fitzpatrick in the Avon location. Dr. Sally Austin-Fitzpatrick has also been providing care in the satellite New Hartford location for 40 years. At the start of 2022, Dr. Brittany Jones purchased both practices and services both locations.
Both the Avon and New Hartford offices are utilizing state-of-the-art equipment which can help with earlier detection of ocular disease as well as better management of eye diseases. Both offices offer routine as well as medical eye care, including dry eyes, glaucoma, eye injuries, and eye infections.
